I had a great experience with Nur service. Mikhail was excellent. He was very efficient as he quickly found the root cause of the issue and fixed the electricity problem in my house. I'm definitely calling Fuse HVAC again and will request Mikhail the next time I encounter an electrical issue.

Lias was our technician, he came to our home on time and being very professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in an hour. He even cleaned up the floor with wipes after the work done. The price is reasonable. Highly recommend

I have a 20-years old furnace in my house and live through the hot days without AC. Finally, I decided to replace the old system and install the AC for good. I've quoted a few providers. Ilias and his team replied with the best offer after they have done the free inspection. They have a quickly scheduled the installation and have all the necessary parts in stock. The job was nicely finished with great quality. Ilias and his crew are nice and patiently explain the system to me and make sure I got all the information. They also used carpet to protect the floor and cleaned up the work site after they're done. They totally exceed my expectations.

My appliance issue: 15 year old electric oven temperature knobs were not working/jammmed.I sent a message for service requests through Yelp and Nur Service immediately replied; being the first Provider to address my inquiry. After waiting a bit longer for other Providers to respond, I hired Nur Service since their initial diagnosis quote was fair compared to others and their availability was quick (next day). The technicians came at the scheduled appointment time and quickly determined the issue and resolution. They were professional and non-disruptive. Once the work was done, the technicians offered advice on potential future items to consider for my appliance (although no fix were necessary at the moment).The pricing was fair, responsiveness quick and work reliable. I will definitely use Nur Service again.

My oven suddenly stopped producing heat. Nur HVAC & Appliance Repar Service responded promptly to my Yelp request and scheduled a visut the next business day. The team of two people came on time, diagnosed the problem, went back to get a spare part, returned to us and replaced it. Everything was done professionally with no waste of time. The price was reasonable too. I am pleased with the overall experience from the start to the end and would use them again.

My Ecobee smart thermostat lost power from the furnace HVAC board and wouldn't turn on, which meant we were left without working A/C. I asked a bunch of HVAC businesses but none were available on short notice. Illias from Nur service responded and came the very next day. Illias quickly found the issue (blown fuse on the HVAC control board) and fixed it right away. They are a new business and I liked their prompt response. I wish them the best and will be calling them for my next HVAC need.

I've recently replaced my old thermostat to a Nest thermostat. For some odd reason it was giving me an e73 error code. I didn't know what was wrong and wanted to fix my AC ASAP! I called Nur Service and spoke to Kseniia and they were able to come the same day. Llias was my HVAC technician and he was very knowledgeable. After 20 minutes, my nest thermostat started working again. (Turned out that I accidentally blew a fuse) He made sure my thermostats was set up correctly and working before leaving. I will definitely use Nur Service in the future if i have any issues with my HVAC or appliances! I highly recommend them!
